Courses
If you have already made the decision to file for bankruptcy, the first thing you should know is that the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 (BAPCPA) under Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 will require you to take a course of bankruptcy credit counseling before you begin the process and Debtor Education course after filing.
Below you have the option to start with the online course you required; our agency is approved to deliver the respective certificate once the course ends.
